Supply a Berlin Gardens Breckenridge 10′ × 10′ pavilion with treated wood construction, four 8″ × 8″ posts, standard stained finish, rafter roof, exposed rafters, straight beams, selected straight or arched braces, fan brace, and standard asphalt-shingle or metal roofing. Final finish, roofing, post length and other upgrades are as selected. Includes the Franklin freight allowance. DIY includes structure materials only; if chimney flashing is selected, its installation is included even with DIY. Professionally installed options include pavilion assembly and a $750 municipal permitting allowance; footer installation is included only when the With Footers option is selected. Without Footers requires suitable existing footings/foundation. Optional ceiling installation is quoted separately for installed jobs. Selected chimney flashing includes materials and installation. Triple Rafter Roof cannot be combined with a wood ceiling. Bright Red corresponds to manufacturer Brite Red; Gallery Blue is a metal roofing color. Green Shingle requires supplier availability confirmation. Additional return-trip freight, if required, is quoted separately.
