Shipping Policy & Rates
We have three different ways to ship our product to you; Bulk (Loose) Product Shipments, Palletized Product Shipment, and Third-Party Shipment (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS). The prices for delivery is generally less expensive if you place your order on-line. If you place your order via telephone or in store; you will pay a different rate. So, take advantage of ordering on-line today. Please choose based on the following as to what is the most appropriate shipping method for your product. Bulk (Loose) Product Shipments: We deliver bulk (loose) products to homes and businesses in the central Ohio area with our dump trucks. We can only ship ONE bulk (loose) product at a time in our dump trucks. If you are interested in two different bulk (loose) products or you are interested in palletized products and a bulk product, you can place the bulk (loose) product(s) in Super Sacks and have it delivered on one of our flatbed trucks. If you want to have your product delivered this way, please select the appropriate number of Super Sacks for your bulk product(s) and then choose Palletized Product Shipment. If you need a large amount of bulk products and it does not make sense to place your product in Super Sacks, you will need to have your products delivered separately and we will charge two delivery fees. The following items are the only bulk products that you can select for this method of shipment…#151, #152, #156, #157, #161, #162, #201, #203, & #251-#271. All other product are shipped either Palletized Product Shipment or Third-Party Shipment.
Palletized Product Shipments: We deliver palletized products and bulk product that are placed into Super Sacks to homes and businesses up to 75 miles from Columbus, Ohio with our flatbed trucks. We can ship up to 14 pallets or 32,000 pounds of material at one time for the rate that is charged, that is quite a bit of material! You can purchase pavers, fire places, natural stone, mulch, and products placed in Super Sacks and have them delivered all at once. This will save you both time and money.
Third-Party Shipment (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS): We can and have shipped product to virtually all of the lower 48 States. We can ship anything on our website, but it is usually grills, furniture, pond products, etc. We usually don’t ship inexpensive, heavy products like hardwood mulch or topsoil via UPS. Our website will not calculate the cost of Third Party Carriers such as Fed-Ex or UPS, but we can provide the links to these carriers so you can get an estimate on freight. You can this estimate yourself on the freight from UPS or Fed-Ex. Freight is a minimum of $15.00 and can go up from their depending upon the weight and the size of the product, delivery to a business or home, and what area the product is delivered to. Don’t worry, we don’t have low prices of our product on-line then gouge you on the freight.
Shipping Policy For Bulk & Palletized Products With Our Delivery Trucks: We offer delivery seven days a week! If you are placing an order on-line, please give us at least two days notice so ensure we can deliver it to your location. Please give as much information regarding delivery date and product placement. We will place the product on the driveway where you specify unless there are obstructions. Sometime, we can place the product off the driveway; but this is dependant on various conditions such as slope/grade of soil, condition of soil/lawn, overhead obstructions, etc. It is completely the discretion of the truck driver if we can go off the driveway. Our liability stops if we leave the driveway, you are responsible for if there is any damage to your lawn/property as well as our truck. It is best to have any bulk product delivered to your driveway. By placing the order on-line, you give us authorization to enter your property for the delivery of the products that you place the order for.
Delivery Time Frames: Please request two different days for local deliveries. You can call our store at 614-792-8686 after 9:00 on the day of the delivery to find out when you delivery is scheduled for that day.
Payments: Your credit card is not processed immediately when you enter the order on-line; it is processed after we review your order for accuracy in shipping location, delivery rates, as well as pallet deposits (on concrete pavers and some natural stone products). If there needs to be an adjustment to the cost, we will NOT process the additional amount until we get authorization from you.
